What I &lt;i&gt;really&lt;/i&gt; want to know is, will they throttle me if my CPU cycles jump up a bit as I update things? (My current host does this and it&#039;s infuriating: I lose access for about 5 minutes just because I update 2 or 3 addons at once.)</description>
