Google Offers Free 411
Google Labs just released an experimental service called Google Voice Local Search. Basically it’s a free 411 service you can use to find local business phone numbers and addresses. To access it, just dial 1-800-GOOG-411 (1-800-466-4411) from any phone. You can use it to search for a local business by name or category, get connected to the business for free, and if you are using your mobile you can even get the details via a text message.
