Medical Mayhem is a Facebook game created by Vojo World where you make money by successfully running a hospital. In this Medical Mayhem strategy guide, we’ll discuss great Medical Mayhem tips, how to win lots of money, and how to play Medical Mayhem correctly. We will be updating this Medical Mayhem guide frequently to keep it up-to-date as new features are launched by Vojo World. Medical Mayhem Beginners

Investing in the research center – Investing in the research center will also help speed your hospital up. For example, if you invest in the registration area of the research center, patients will be processed quicker through the registration process. Which in turn will get you more patients. The Research Center will help you better your hospital.

The Research Center is located near the front of your hospital. You can place your mouse over the rooms to see the names of them. Click the Research Center to open it. In the box, you will notice seven different buttons. These buttons represents different sections of your hospital. Click on a button to see what it is. Once you click a button, you will be provided with information about that particular service. You will also see the price of the upgrade and the Upgrade button. If you wish to make upgrades to that particular area, click the Upgrade button. If you would like to see another area of the Research Center, click another button. All of the level one upgrades in the Research Center will cost you $400. So, you may want to do an upgrade for each one to speed things up a little more and earn more money.

Visiting friends’ hospitals – There are many ways to visit your friends. However, most of the visits are not friendly visits. By that I mean, when you visit friends in this game, you are going to get something. Very rarely will you be playing nice, but hey, that’s part of the game. So, what can you do when you visit your friends’ hospitals? You can blow up things, dump trash on their property, send over spies to steal their secrets, and a lot more. To visit a friend, you will need to click the friend’s thumbnail at the bottom of your game. Once you are on the friend’s page, then you can do one of the things below.

Steal secrets using a spy – You can earn money by placing a spy in your friends’ hospitals. You can place the spy in a hospital by visiting the friend’s hospital and clicking the spy icon at the bottom of the hospital. The spy will then be placed in the hospital and you will begin making money.

Steal patients using a hot nurse – You can send one of your hot nurses to your friends’ hospitals to steal their patients. The patients will then be sent to your hospital. To send your nurse, go to the friend’s hospital that you want to steal patients from and click the nurse icon at the bottom of the hospital. The patients will then be stolen.

Cure your friends’ patients – You can send in the expert to cure your friends’ patients. When you send in the expert, patients will be cured and you will earn reputation points. To send in the expert, click the expert icon. That is the third icon in the bottom toolbar.

Dump trash on your friends’ property – If you want to be really bad, you can dump your trash on your friends’ property. Dumping your trash on your friends’ property will cost you one reputation point. To dump your trash, click the trash icon in the bottom toolbar on your friend’s page.

Scare away patients with a dog – You can place a dog in the hospital to scare away patients from your friend’s hospital. In order to place the dog, you must have 10,000 reputation points and it will cost you $1,000. To place the dog, click the dog icon.

Blocking the hospital gate – If you block the gate to the hospital with a truck, patients cannot get in the hospital. So, this will cause your friends to lose patients and money. You must have 30,000 reputation points and pay $5,000 to use the truck. Click the truck icon to place the truck at the gate.

Plant a bomb – Planting a bomb in your friends’ hospital will cause total destruction. You must have 75,000 reputation points to use the bomb. Click the bomb icon in the bottom toolbar to use it.

Medical Mayhem weapons and employees – Using your weapons and employees in Medical Mayhem isn’t as simple as clicking an icon. There is a lot more to it. For example, your hot nurse can only be sent to a friend’s hospital once every 12 hours. You also have the option of upgrading your nurse. So, there are things you need to know about your weapons and employees and you will find them below.

Hot nurse – The hot nurse can only be used one time every 12 hours, per friend. You can send a nurse to each of your friend’s hospital, but you can only send one to each hospital within 12 hours. After you send a nurse, you will have to wait your 12 hours before you send her again. However, you can upgrade your nurse in the Research Center. Upgrading your nurse will allow her to steal more patients. Each upgrade will cost a little more each time. The first upgrade will cost you $400. To upgrade, click the Research Center and click the next to the last icon in the row. Once you click it, it will say Hot Nurses. Click the Upgrade button to upgrade her. Now when you send her out, she will steal you more patients.

Bomb – The bomb will destroy the hospital you planted it in. To use the bomb, you must have at least 75,000 reputation points. After reaching 75,000, your bomb icon will light up. You will also have to pay 2 golds to use the bomb.

Spy – Your spies can work up to 12 hours. You have to call a spy back within 12 hours of placing him in a hospital or you will lose all of your money. To call a spy back, you can either go to the friend’s hospital and click on the spy or you can go to your presidents office and call the spy back. If a spy gets busted by the person you sent him to, you will lose your money and the spy will be sent back to you. You must leave a spy where you placed him for at least 30 minutes before calling him back. Your friend cannot remove the spy until the 30 minutes is up either. You can train your spy to be a better spy by upgrading him in the Research Center.

Truck – The truck can be placed in front of hospital gates to keep patients from visiting that hospital. The truck can be purchased for $5,000 once you have 30,000 reputation points.

Trash – Dumping trash on your friend’s property will cost you one reputation point. You can have someone clean up your trash, but it will cost you $500. So, it’s worth losing one reputation point to save $500. If you accumulate more than 10 bags of trash, your income will decrease 10% each day. Your other option is to purchase a trash bin. If you purchase a trash bin from the shop, you will not have to worry about the trash.

Dog – The dog is used to scare patients away from hospitals. In order to use the dog, you must have 10,000 reputation points before the dog option will be available. Then you must pay $1,000 to purchase the dog. The dog can only be used one time. To use it again, you will have to purchase it again. If your friend clicks on the dog to send it away, you cannot send another for 24 hours.

Expert – The expert will cure your friend’s patients. When the expert is sent out, you will earn the money and reputation points from the patients cured. You are only allowed one expert every 8 hours. You can also upgrade your expert to gain him more knowledge. You will need to visit your Research Center to upgrade your expert.

Medical Mayhem toolbar – On your toolbar, you will see four circle icons. The first icon is the News icon. Clicking this icon will update you on what has been happening in your hospital. The second icon is the Friends icon. Clicking this icon will open a box with all of your friends in it. The third icon is the Shop icon. This will open your store and allow you to buy things. The fourth icon is the My Stuff icon. When you receive presents from the game, they will be placed in the My Stuff category. You can click the icon and see what you have waiting. You can expand the toolbar by clicking the Show button. In this toolbar, you will see your name, reputation points, money, and gold.

Medical Mayhem arrows – On each side of your hospital, you will notice an arrow. These arrows make it easy on you when visiting hospitals. Clicking the arrow will take you to one of your friends’ hospitals. Clicking it again will take you to another friends’ hospital. This is a quick way to visit your friends.

Medical Mayhem progress bar – At the top of your game is a progress bar. This bar moves when patients setup appointments at your hospital. Once the bar is completely yellow, all of your appointments are made. Placing your mouse over the progress bar will show you how many patients have made appointments and how long before they will arrive.

Changing the background of your hospital – If you are tired of the background of your hospital, you have the option of changing it. In the shop, you will find different backgrounds. A few of the backgrounds are free to use and then there are a couple you have to pay for using Medical Mayhem gold.

Click the Shop icon in your top toolbar and click Backgrounds in the box that opens. In this box, you will see the different backgrounds that are available. To use a background, click the background of your choice. A box will open and ask if you want to buy the background. Click Yes to purchase it. Even if the backgrounds are free, you will still be asked if you want to purchase it. Then click Yes on the Equip option. You can now close the boxes and see your new background.

Renaming your Medical Mayhem hospital – If you are just starting out with Medical Mayhem, you may want to wait on changing your name until you have a lot of money built up. It will cost you $20,000 to change the name of your hospital. To change it, click the Rename button in your top toolbar. The box will change and you can type your desired name in the box. Make sure that you type it correctly, one little error cannot be fixed after you pay the money to change the name. After typing the new name, click the Rename button again. A box will open and ask if you really want to modify the name of your hospital, click the Modify button if you do. Click Cancel if you need to redo the name.

Changing the wall color and decor of your hospital – You may have noticed that some hospitals have different colored walls and decorations. The changing of your walls comes with the badges you are rewarded. Clicking on the badges will change the colors of the walls and the decorations of the walls. Each badge provides you with different colors and decorations. These colors and decorations are constantly being updated.

Buying a trash bin – If you buy a trash bin, you won’t have to worry about dumping your trash anymore. You can purchase a trash bin from the shop. Click the shop icon and click Specials. Under the specials category, you will see the trash bin. Click the trash bin to buy it. You must pay 19 golds for the trash bin.

Going home from a friend’s hospital – If you are ready to leave a friend’s hospital and return to your own, you can click the Home icon located at the top left corner of the game. You will see all of the usual icons and then the home icon in the center of the other ones.

Medical Mayhem stairs – As of right now, the two sets of stairs you see are to no where. The developers are probably still working on this part of the game. So, keep checking in to see what the developers have in store for the stairs.

Medical Mayhem badges – Badges are awarded after you achieve certain things. Some of the badges are awarded for purchasing certain items and some are rewarded for reaching certain levels of reputation points. The badges will be placed right below your toolbar at the top of the game. Below you will find a description of each badge you can receive in Medical Mayhem.

Business license badge – After you walk through the tutorial of creating your hospital, you will earn this badge. The business license badge states that you have an OR, Ward, Pharmacy, and Diagnosis room.

Hygiene badge – The hygiene badge is awarded to you once you have purchased a trash bin for your hospital.

Healing hands badge – The healing hands badge will be given to you once you have treated and cured 5,000 patients.

Wealth badge – Once you reach the $1,000,000 mark on the game, you will be rewarded this nice wealth badge.

Aurora badge – Before you can receive this badge, all of your facilities, rooms, and employees must be upgraded to a level 6. Once you are on a level 6 or higher, you will receive this badge.

Crisis moment badge – This badge requires you to have 75,000 reputation points. Once you have reached your 75,000 points, your badge will be placed in its slot.

Top badge – As of right now, the top badge is not available. The developers are still working on this badge. Please keep checking back to see when this badge is available.

People standing around your hospital – Have you noticed all of the people standing in your hospital? There is a reason for that. Each person, at each room, represents a certain number of patients. Below you will find a list of each room and a guide to how many patients are in those particular rooms.

Diagnosis Room

1 person in the hallway = 1 – 100 patients waiting

2 people in the hallway = 101 – 350 patients waiting

3 people in the hallway = 351 – 600 patients waiting

4 people in the hallway = more than 600 patients waiting

Ward Room

1 person in the hallway = 1 – 10 patients waiting

2 people in the hallway = 11 – 20 patients waiting

3 people in the hallway = 21 – 100 patients waiting

4 people in the hallway = more than 100 patients waiting

Pharmacy Room

1 person in the hallway = 1 – 10 patients waiting

2 people in the hallway = 11 – 20 patients waiting

3 people in the hallway = 21 – 100 patients waiting

4 people in the hallway = more than 100 patients waiting

OR Room

1 person in the hallway = 1 – 10 patients waiting

2 people in the hallway = 11 – 20 patients waiting

3 people in the hallway = 21 – 100 patients waiting

4 people in the hallway = more than 100 patients waiting

Medical Mayhem hospital rooms – Below you will find a list of all the rooms available in Medical Mayhem. You will find a description of the room and other useful information about the room.

Receptionist – The receptionist is the first desk at the door. You can click on the receptionist to see how many patients you have waiting to be treated and how many is in each room. All of your patient information is found at the receptionist’s desk.

Diagnosis room – All patients must go through the diagnosis room. This is where their journey will begin. When they visit the diagnosis room, they will be diagnosed and sent to where they need to be. You can tell what level this room is by the number on the wall, beside the door. You can also click on the room to open it and see other information like how long it takes to process each patient and how much you make per patient. You also have the option of upgrading your level in this box.

Ward room – The ward room is where the patients go to get treatment. If patients are sent to the ward, they will be treated and released once they are cured. You can also click on the room to see how much time it takes for each patient to be cured and how much money you make. You can upgrade the level of this room by clicking the Upgrade.

Pharmacy room – The pharmacy is where medicine is sold. If your patients need medicine, they will be sent to the pharmacy. The level of your pharmacy will be displayed on the wall beside the pharmacy door. You can click the room to see how much time it takes to wait on one patient and you can see how much you make off of one patient. You also have the option of upgrading the level of your pharmacy.

OR room – The OR room is where all of the surgeries take place. This room is the most expensive to upgrade and it takes longer to send patients through the OR. Clicking the OR room will allow you to see how much you make per patient and how long it takes to get each patient in and out of the OR. Upgrading this room should be saved for later since it costs so much.

Research center – The research center is used to help better your hospital and make you more money. In the research center, you can upgrade services, employees, and techniques. You can visit the research center by clicking on it. Then you will have seven different options for bettering your hospital. Click through the different buttons to see your options. If you see something you want to upgrade, click the Upgrade button.

President’s room – The president’s room allows you to check in on your employees. If you have spies out, you can check on them in the president’s room. You can see if they are at work and how much money they have made so far. You can also call them back from the president’s room. You can also check on your nurse and expert in this office.

Restroom – The restroom is available once you have upgraded your Ward Room to at least a level 2. Often times, you will find games available in the restroom that you can play. Winning the game will award you money, points, or gifts.

How To Play Medical Mayhem

How to earn Medical Mayhem money – Earning money in Medical Mayhem is one of the most important things you will need to do. Why? Because you must upgrade your rooms in order to see more patients. You need money to dump your trash. You need money to buy spies. Money is needed to do most things in Medical Mayhem. Below you will find the different ways to make money in Medical Mayhem.

Diagnosing – Every time you diagnose a patient, you will earn money. The amount of money you can earn from this will depend on the registration time. You can upgrade the registration to earn more money per patient. To see how much money you are earning now, you can click on the Diagnosis Room. When you click it, you will see how long it takes for each patient to go through and how much you are earning per patient. If you want to make more, you can upgrade registration by clicking the Research Center. Once you click it, you will see the Upgrade button and how much the upgrade will cost. Click Upgrade to begin the process. Once it is finished, you can click the Diagnosis Room again to see how much you are earning now.

Selling medicine – Selling medicine will also earn you more money. When patients are diagnosed, they usually require medication, so this will provide you with more income. To increase the amount of money for the medicine, you will need to upgrade the Medicine feature. This feature can be upgraded in the Research Center. When you open the Research Center, you will see the different buttons at the top of the box. Click the Pill Bottle to switch to the Medicine option. Then click the Upgrade button to upgrade your Pharmacy.

Nursing your patients – When patients need nursing back to good health, you can earn money. This part of the game takes place in the Ward room. Every time a patient is better, you will earn money. You can up the amount of money earned by upgrading your Ward in the Research Center. To do that, you will need to click the Research Center, click Lips button and then click the Upgrade button.

Performing surgeries – Performing surgeries will also earn you money in the game. You can upgrade your facilities by entering the Research Center. Once you are in the center, you can click the scalpel button and click the Upgrade button to better your OR.

Using spies – You can send your spies to your friends’ hospitals to earn more money. Spies trick people to earn you more money. How much money you make will depend on the level your spy is on. You can upgrade his level from the Research Center.

Sending experts to hospitals – You can send your experts to your friends’ hospitals to make more money. These experts will cure patients in your friends’ hospitals and earn you a nice amount of money.

How to earn reputation points – Reputation Points are very important. The better your reputation, the more patients you will get. The more patients you get, the more money you will earn. So, you will need to strive to earn Reputation Points. Reputation Points also allows you to unlock new abilities. At this time, there are only a few ways to get the points and you get one point for each patient. Below are the different ways you can earn Reputation Points.

Getting your patients through the ward – Every time one of your patients is processed through the Ward, you will earn Reputation Points. You can speed up the process time by upgrading your ward facilities in the Research Center. The quicker you get patients through, the more Reputation Points you will get.

Selling medicine to patients – Every time a patient buys medicine and leaves the pharmacy, you will earn Reputation Points. As with the Ward above, you can upgrade the facilities through the Research Center.

Performing surgeries – Performing surgeries on patients will also earn you Reputation Points. You will earn the points once a surgery is complete and the patient leaves.

Using your expert – By using your expert to cure your friends’ patients, you will earn one Reputation Point. You will need to send your expert to a friend’s hospital to earn these reputation points.

Upgrading room levels in Medical Mayhem – It is important to upgrade the levels of your rooms in Medical Mayhem. However, some rooms need to be upgraded a lot quicker than others. This is the strategy part of the game. Upgrading the right rooms to the right levels will help you earn more money. Let’s take a look at the rooms.

Diagnosis room – The Diagnosis Room is the most important room of the game. That’s because all of the patients have to be processed in the Diagnosis Room before they can move through out the hospital. Upgrading this room will allow you to push patients through at a quicker pace. It is a good idea to upgrade this room to at least a level 3. After level 3, the upgrades become a lot more expensive. To upgrade this room, click the room. You will see a box open with the time it takes to process each patient, how much you earn per patient, the amount it will cost to upgrade, and the Upgrade button. To perform your upgrade, click the Upgrade button. Note that these upgrades do take a couple of minutes. To upgrade again, simply repeat the steps above.

Ward room – Most patients are sent to the Ward Room after getting their diagnosis. The ward is where they will be nursed back to health. So, after upgrading your Diagnosis Room, you will want to upgrade your Ward. The more you upgrade the Ward, the quicker your patients will get through and that will earn you more money and reputation points. To upgrade, click the Ward Room. Then click the Upgrade button at the bottom of the box. The upgrade will take a couple of minutes. It is a good idea to upgrade the Ward to a level 2 or 3.

Pharmacy room – The Pharmacy would be the next room you would want to upgrade. After patients leave the Diagnosis Room, they may be sent to the Pharmacy to pick up medicine. You will want to get them in and out pretty quickly, so the next patient can come in. Click this room and click the Upgrade button the same way you did for the first two rooms. This room should also be leveled to about 2 or 3.

Operating room (OR) – The OR should be the last room you perform upgrades on because of the price. After you have upgraded the first three rooms, then you can do a couple of upgrades on the OR. Level 2 or 3 will work just fine for the time being.

With the above upgrades, you will see an increase in patient flow. With the increase comes more money. Once you have your upgrades to a level 3, you will find that the upgrades are a lot more expensive from here on out. It is a good idea to always upgrade the diagnosis room when you have the money since this is the first place your patients line up. They can’t go anywhere until they have been diagnosed.

Sending / receiving gifts in Medical Mayhem – At this time in the game, you can send and accept gifts, but you cannot use them in your hospital. The developers are still working on this part of the game and it should be available with the next update. However, you can still go ahead and build your gifts up.

Sending Medical Mayhem gifts – To send a gift, you will need to click the Gifts tab at the top of your game. The gifts page should then load in a new tab or a new window. Select the gift you want to send and click the Send button. On the next page, you will need to select the friends that you want to send the gift too and click the Send button below the friends’ box. Another box will open and you will need to click the Send button in that box to complete the sending of the gift. Your gift will now be sent.

Accepting Medical Mayhem gifts – To accept a gift for Medical Mayhem, you will need to click the gift request link found in your request section of Facebook. You click the Accept button next to the gift. The gift will then be accepted.

Earning Medical Mayhem gold – There are currently three ways to get gold in Medical Mayhem. The first way is to purchase the gold using real money. You can purchase the gold using a Paypal account. The second way is to take surveys and fill out offers. The third way is by installing daily apps. At this time there is no way to actually earn gold in the game. Once you spend all of the gold that was given to you in the game, you must purchase more or take surveys or install apps. To get more gold, you will need to click the Get Gold tab at the top of your game. On that page you can select the option of your choice.

Medical Mayhem glory points – At this time in the game, glory points are not used nor awarded. This part of the game is still being developed by the developers. So, just overlook the glory points until the developers have an update ready for us.

Medical Mayhem Strategy

Focus on leveling up – Try to level up the following three rooms as quick as you can; Diagnosis, Ward, and Pharmacy. The diagnosis room is the most important, so strive to get it to a higher level.

Play Medical Mayhem mini games – Play the little games that often pop up when you login to Medical Mayhem. These games will reward you with points, money or gifts. One of the three will be rewarded to you if you win the Medical Mayhem game.

Visit your receptionist often – Keep visiting your receptionist to see where majority of the patients go to see which rooms really need upgrading.

Delegate to Medical Mayhem employees – Send your employees out to help you earn money and reputation points.

Elevate your Medical Mayhem reputation – Focus on building your reputation points. Building these up will bring in more patients and in turn will bring in more money.

Grow your financial empire – Focus on making money to upgrade your rooms before purchasing items for your hospital.

Buyer beware – Be careful when purchasing things from the shop, some Medical Mayhem items can only be used once.

Post sparingly – Throughout the Medical Mayhem game, you’ll be prompted to post accomplishments to your profile. You should only do this for important achievements because doing it too often can be irritating to your friends and they may just unfriend you. You can can actually turn off all such automatic profile postings for all Facebook games via your profile settings page. If you don’t know how to do this, see our Facebook Guide. Try another browser – If you’re having problems with the Medical Mayhem game not loading in your web browser, you should try using a different one. Opera and Google Chrome are both speedy alternatives to a bloated Internet Explorer.

Friend requesting – When you sending out friend requests for people to join you in a Facebook game, make sure you include a short message explaining the reason you’re requesting the Facebook add. Inclusion of “Medical Mayhem add” or “Medical Mayhem” in your message attached to your Facebook friend request is not only proper etiquette but it lets the recipient know what the friend request is for.

Join Medical Mayhem groups and fan pages – Increasing your Medical Mayhem friend list is a crucial part of the game as the number of friends you have limits what you can do and how much you can earn. To find other Medical Mayhem players without sending out random invites to people that may not want to play Medical Mayhem you should visit the various Medical Mayhem fan pages and groups. There you’ll find other Medical Mayhem players that will want to join you.
